Report to Moderator reporttm not working

Hi guys,

just installed the forum to 2.0.15 on a new machine from scratch. I migrated data from our old machine to the new database including member, membergroups and so on.

Now I got an issue with the reporttm function. It is working for all administrators but not for the global moderators. Any hints what might have gone wrong?

What do you mean by "not working"? In what way is it not working?

They don't receive an email notification.

Yes and yes. They receive notifications about new posts to a thread if configured.

No, that isn't what I asked. Moderator preferences are completely separate to topic notifications. Tell them to go to the moderation panel, and the preferences section therein.

Meaning that every moderator has to set them up separately? I thought I was able to set up general settings for all moderators.
