How can i turn off minified CSS?

As stated. How can i turn it off?

For me It's just a pain in the neck making it imposible to see from wich CSS the setting I want to change comes from.
It might be good for production but makes modding a lot more painfull

Must admit, this did catch me out a while back when trying to alter a theme,

Admin > Configuration.  "Minimize CSS and JavaScript files". Uncheck the box and save.
