I have just re-installed the forum - Fresh - no addins - no mods etc, and I have a problem
I can not add a topic/post etc, I get the following error

The board you specified doesn't exist

The url to the create a new topic is:-
http://www.blne.co.uk/forum/index.php?action=post;board=1.0.0

Its not working - WHY? I have done a fresh install -

Got this from Netpivotal (my hosting company) I have gone through your issue, the mod_security is not installed on server. It seems that semi-colons are not supported so you are getting the errors in SMF forum script.

I am confused because when I have  had this workign and have created several posts - its was only recently I started getting these problmes so I have done a re-install - and since the re-install - I can not use SMF -

HELP! :(

Re-upload your source files. I registered at your site and could not even reply to posts and received  mysql error too.

Upload clean sources/theme files etc and see if your problem is resolved. If not drop me a pm and I will take a look.

Re-uploaded to a new folder, and created a NEW database - still have the same problems.
I have sent you a PM -- any ideas why this is happening?

Without the neccessary information I cannot help you any further other than suggest you install a new copy of SMF1.1rc and test it out on your server.
