Best "Easiest" page mod

I have tiny portal and have used articles but they don't fit the bill for what I need to do. I need them to resolve Page Title and Description on FB when posted, just like when forum topics and posts are shared.

I have gone over this with Tinyportal guys several times but for whatever reason articles are ignored on FB and the default Site name and description replace whatever the article name and description are. I've even hard coded meta data into the article HTML and FB still ignores it. Strange, because articles post on Twitter and G+ without issue, it's only Facebook.

So, is there a quality page mod that is easy to use and will do what I need it to do?
