Banned user by IP address bug, i can not login.

I have been banned a user from my forum by IP and now I can not log in to my account because the web give same reason what I give for the banned account.
My IP is not match with the banned user's IP.

This message is appear for everyone and they can't login.
How can I fix it or what should I do to avoid this problem in the future?

Take a look in the db and do some cleanup, smf_ban_items & smf_ban_groups

are you using a proxy server, like cloudflare?
