Upgrade Problems

I seem to be having problems w/ my upgrade, everything seemed to go okay...but once I went to my forums I received this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: tportal_version() in /home/flychica/public_html/forum/Sources/Load.php(1040) : eval()'d code on line 409


Any ideas? On top of that I cannot get into the admin panel, it asks for my password and says:

Session verification failed. Please try logging out and back in again, and then try again.

And it won't let me login or out to do that...

The above error is from using Bloc's tinyportal mod so you will need to re-install this.

Session verification failed. Please try logging out and back in again, and then try again.

This is often caused by out of date or incorrect template files for the version of SMF you are running. For example if you upgraded from 1.05 to 1.1rc did you upgrade your theme's too?
