new forum install, can I delete these files?

lots of files I dont think I need. want to check first. can all of these be safely removed? thanks.

I'm not quite sure why you have both the install and upgrade files, but yes, they can be removed. SSI examples and readme can also go.

The license.txt file should remain, though.
