Reporting posts - cooldown setting?

We had an influx of spam, and one member found that there was a cooldown period of 80 seconds between being permitted to report successive posts.

I've looked around, but cannot find that this is a setting that can be customized. Am I just not looking in the right place?

Not sure, and can't confirm this right now - but this is probably a session based delay that a setting does not exist for. 80 seconds, not too long IMO, but even if hardcoded you probably can change it. Would tell you how, if I knew without having to look it up. (Sorry, I am currently trying my best to relax - and no computers at sight).
