Installing "Like" Mod have "Test Failed" message

Been a while since I added any mods and just attempted to install the "LIKE Mod" and received the Test Failed message at the final check list.  Screen shot attached..any suggestions? Thanks

Are you using the balanced theme if so you have to make the change manually to that one file of that theme
