How do I fix this? Looked through phpmyadmin but I'm not sure what exactly needs to be edited.

\x93 is a non-printable Unicode control character. Are you copying and pasting from somewhere?

Yes I was copying and pasting. Looked up \x93 and its a quotation mark. Not sure why it didn't work

Just find and replace that particular quotation mark in the whole document with a different one, then try copy/pasting, it should work .
