Convert youtube URLs to new format

Just migrated to 2.1.x and all looks fine so far

But I have a question. I have many posts including a simple link

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=y3Cy7B9x0qk which, through a mod, made it possible to see the video automatically in the post.

Now youtube videos must be inserted using

Code Select Expand

[youtube]y3Cy7B9x0qk[/youtube]

My question is: how can mass-change all those URLs to the new format? Through phpmyadmin?
