I have to transfer my site to another server and need to close it temporary while shifting so that our member don't leave any new messages, how can I do it? There should be some settings which I can apply.

Put it in maintenance mode with an appropriate message in Server Settings.

I remember about this setting but couldn't find it, where is the maintenance mode?
