First timer here...when I click to download, the set of zip files appear...which one do I click on to start the Installation?

No prompt occurs to start the installation.

The installation is done "on your webserver". You have to upload the extracted files to your web server, where the installation will be done using a PHP script that you control with your browser.

Where are you attempting to install, on your local computer or a host online?

if you have a mac pc you need to disable in safari unpacking the archive when it is downloaded.

it is usually easier to upload the zip to your webhost and exact the files on it, given the host supports doing this.
