I want to migrate my 2.1x smf to a different server and change its name

I created a 2.1 smf on my own website host using a redirection.  So the actual name of the current forum is "myforumname.net".   Now I have access to the "real" website and I'd like to migrate the current forum to  " www.newurl.com/forum" and put it in a subdirectory under "public_html".   How complicated is it to do this with a name change?  Do the DB tables all need to be changed?  Any suggestions.

What is repair_settings.php? will change the URLs for you.
