Moderate Newbie First Post

Is it possible to moderate just the first post of a new member (Newbie)? I've looked at all the setting, but can't find a way of doing this.

It is possible.

First, create a new group with a required post count of 1.
Then, enable permissions for post groups (Admin -> Permissions -> Settings, check the box next to "Enable permissions for post count based groups" and save)
Next, enable post moderation (Admin -> Configuration -> Core Features, click the switch icon to the right of "Post Moderation" and save)

Finally, adjust permissions:
Set the "Regular Members" group to not allow posting at all (this will prevent permissions from this group from overriding permissions from the post groups)
Set the "Newbie" group to allow posting only after approval
Set permissions for the other post groups to allow posting without requiring approval

The permissions for posting can be adjusted either individually for each group or from the post moderation screen (Admin -> Members -> Permissions -> Post Moderation)

The only problem I have now is that I'm the only one who can moderate the posts? Non of my other moderators see the alerts. Should I be able to include them?
