Problems with high load on server ???

When i'm on the forum on my own with no one else i go to look at a members post and i get

AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED!
Please try again later. This member's posts are not currently available due to high load on the server.

I've also notice that when i go to send an a PM and want one saved in my outbox that don't work neither ??

I've run the repair tool with no luck

Can you recommend anything ??

I had Enable load balancing by load averages box ticked, I took it off and its working
