Is there a way to automatically start a thread when it's somebody's birthday.

eg the software knows from the profile field that its landyvlad's birthday on 4 August.
So on 4th August a thread is created in a specified board called "Happy Birthday landyvlad"

I can;t seem to find a mod to do this but may be looking in the wrong place.
