New reply opens new topic

hello everyone

something weird is happening today on my forum:

I'm trying yo reply to someone's else reply like I did thousands times but nothing...it just keeps opening a new topic in the same section. 

Subject and message body appear empty and my previous reply disappears.

Any mods you've added recently?

Nothing at all, I did not touch anything and just the day before everything was fine.

I tried again now and it's working fine again. Must have been a browser issue maybe.
