Which SMF and PHP versions are you running on new server?

7.3 php Just upgraded from 5.6

I think it is SMF 2.x Not sure. I have been unable to update the forum for some time.

Sir Osis of Liver

SMF 2.0.x does not support php 7.2/7.3, downgrade to 7.1 and give it a try.

Thank you. I switched to php version 7.1. Same error.

Sir Osis of Liver

I think it's looking for mysqli_connect() in php 7.1.  Doesn't help not knowing forum version.  Can you downgrade php to 5.6?

After that upgrade to SMF 2.0.15 then you can go to PHP 7.1

Yeah, you're at 2.0.9.  You can upgrade to 2.0.15 one step at a time in Package Manager.

@vbgamer45 - Do you know when 2.0 was updated to support mysqli()?

I'm getting 404s on all links, have you run repair_settings.php after migration?

I'm pretty sure mysqli was 2.0.14

Yup, that was 2.0.14 which also bumped minimum PHP version to 5.4.0.
