Forum name twice in breadcrumbs

Working on a new forum using 2.1 RC2 .  A few quirks, but overall, wow!

My forum name is displaying twice in my breadcrumb menu. I could only find one place that has an entry for forum name, and deleting it deletes both instances. Could this be a theme glitch?
