Remove Inherited Permission Profile?

I have two permission profiles that are inherited from Regular Members.  Is there a way to remove the inherited permissions?

I figured it out.  You can't remove a permission profile if it's assigned to a board.  But once you set the permissions to default on all boards, profiles can be removed.  Makes sense.
