User preference for use of WYSIWYG editor in 2.1?

In SMF 2.0.x there was a setting "Show WYSIWYG editor on post page by default." Interestingly, since *this* forum is still running 2.0.15, that option is available to me. In 2.1 the only similar option I can find is whether the editor toolbar is shown for Quick Reply. But that does not seem to be the same thing at all.

There is of course a global WYSIWYG editor toggle, but I'm wondering if the ability for users to control their own use of WYSIWYG is being phased out, or if there is still a way to do this with 2.1.

Thanks,

Thank you both for the quick reply! I just realized why I don't see that option now: another admin disabled the editor site-wide, and thus the option disappears. I've re-enabled it and now can set it per-account. Thanks again!
