Participition icons

I've created a SMF forum through smfforfree but I want some cool participition icons.I went into topic settings and enabled Participition icons but when I create a topic,it doesn't shows me to add a cool (participition) icon.Please tell me how to make a participition icon on a topic like this.If possible,please upload an image too.I want to use it for my gaming site.

Participation icons are in /images/topic/.  You would have to replace them with your images.

Do note however that free hosts like smfforfree may limit what you can do with your forum, and so you would be best asking through their own support channels.
