Moving a Topic in a Category to a different board (category)

How is  this done,? 

I have one board with  14 topics  How do i move all topics from that one board and send them all at  once to another board

I made a board that is empty  waiting for the export or move.
Not sure I am using the correct terminology
So let me make a photo.
