getting 500 errors here when posting and attaching screenshot

The original text for my SA Chat problem

for some reason, my dev/test system has lost chat.

the error from my browser dev tools Console error says {"STATUS":"NO ACCESS"} for index.php

... but it's identical to my live system and i just cannot work this out after many hours ~ no problems with file access etc. A reinstall doesn't help. SA Chat simply doesn't start at all.

PLEASE can anyone tell me why i would be getting this error and/or what it means.

yes, the attached jpg file causes your 500 error and the attachment fails

I couldn't even find my first post in the Mods section after your 500 error so here is the text - please attache it to my issue in the Mods section.

index.php accidentely removed from the server or has the wrong permissions on that file so the webserver cant talk to it ?

Permissions are fine and so is the file's existence.

A big mystery.

Some whacky caching issue ?

I might rebuild the webdir if nobody can shed any more light on this.

rebuilt my dev system and still have the same problem. also on my backup dev system.

i can't even google the error !

still holding out for some help. tried Chrome, Opera and Mozilla - they all can't load chat

sweet. thanks. I hope someone can help me sort out my SA Chat issue.

It's not often the problem just appears suddenly across two independent machines and mixed maint levels of the OS.

My live system is fine.

Anybody more skilled than I up for a mystery ? what does {NO ACCESS} mean in a javascript/php file when detected by Dev tools ? it certainly isn't a permissions issue and nor is it a caching issue.

I'm stumped !

fixed it. Pretty URLs messed up my .htaccess file so I just set it back to vanilla https support.

I uninstalled it BUT it left some junk behind.
