is there a way change my ccurent install to utf-8?

current what i stalled not utf8. cannot display correct when i change to other language .

thanks.  or must re-install ?

There is no need to reinstall SMF. You can convert to utf-8;

but he can ask his host to install the desired UTF8-languages into the server :P

what languages are you talking about? to convert SMF to UTF-8, it does not require the host to do anything.
