2.0.12 Patch Package is "empty"

The Package Manager says this...

A few security vulnerabilities and bugs in SMF 2.0.11 have been fixed. You can install this patch (click here to install) to fix your forum and update it to 2.0.12.

When I click the link for 2.0.12, I get this error...

An Error Has Occurred!
Although the package was downloaded to the server it appears to be empty.

Try downloading the patch from here, and install it through the package manager, https://custom.simplemachines.org/upgrades/
