Error when previewing after uploading images

I created a new post and uploaded two images. I wanted to see what it looked like, so I clicked Preview. The images showed as a "broken image" icon and I got 60 errors of the form:

When I posted the topic, it was fine. This is 2.1RC2

I can confirm (using postgres). I never reported it because I assumed this was expected behavior due to some technical reason. [Edit: However, I never got an Error Log entry; might be another Postgres issue]

I can also say that this is fixed in yesterday's nightly (2019-09-19).
