Can anyone pllease tell me why this error is coming? Is there any server side work to fix it? If yes then please tell me what to do so that it can be fixed? I have my own server and cPanel installed.

Yes edit your my.cnf or mysql config file

And remove ONLY_FULL_GROUP_BY in the sql_mode= line

Done, Do I need to reinstall mod?

I reinstalled say thanks mod but still same error. How to fix?

Did you remember to reboot the server after making the change to the MySQL configuration file?

Ok I am checking after reboot. But I changed some names in Modifications.english.php and after reinstalling say thanks these renamed names are not showing on my site. How to fix it? While in Modifications.english.php already names are renamed.

rebooting couldn't resolve the problem. So I rechecked the lines and corrected the sql-mode to sql_mode and it fixed the issue.
