SMF 2.0.X - PHP 7.2+ Compatibility and Quotation marks in Topic

I'm running SMF 2.0.15 with PHP 7.3.
Everything worked, but i got a lot of error-messages in the Forum-Log.
Then i found and installed SMF 2.0.X - PHP 7.2+ Compatibility and it fixed 95% of the errors - but then the users are unable to open any Topic which contains "Quotation marks" in their Title.

Removing the PHP 7.2+ Compatibility and i possible to open them.

SMF does not officially support php 7.2 at this time.
The mod that you note is not officially supported -- so you would need to ask the author of that mod....
