[SMF 2.1] Cold Look

Simple clean theme with colder colors. Theme is based on default SMF 2.1 theme.

Looks quite fascinating, like a hybrid between 2.0 and 2.1 heh. I like it.

One tiny thing that bothers me though, is that strange shadow effect ABOVE the headers..I don't quite get it TBH. Shadows are not acting this way naturally and it kind of distracts from the intended 3D-effect. I would remove those and only keep the ones below.(or perhaps alter box-shadow's x and y values, having them both at 0 will give a more "shadow-all-around-the-object" effect, which isn't realistic.Set them at + values for both x and y axis and it will give a natural shadow effect )

I do like it that part.
However I'm not a fan of that gradient in the button (mark read).

Thanks for your tip. For now I will leave it as it is, maybe I give a try and change shadows in future.
