Notifications error

Hi.
Ive just been told that when someone recieves a notification from my forum to say someone has replied to their post, that persons full email address is included in the notification message.
That can't be right, can it?

by default this is not the expected behavior. what mods do you have installed?

I have added the Cleantek theme, nothing else (yet)
