how to change the alternate quote header?

so I put a new css in but can't seem to find where to put it in the files?

the top is what it is, the bottom is what I want it to be using .alternate_quoteheader instead of .quoteheader but I can't seem to find in either the source or template for display.....unless i'm just overlooking it.....

There isn't an .alternate_quoteheader class. You'll have to use a descendant.
.bbc_standard_quote .quoteheader {stuff} should do it.
