Hiding attachment filenames

I don't know if this is the right place or not, but here goes:

Is there a way to hide the file name of an attached photo? I've had one of the beta testers tell me that it would be nice to be able to not see the photo names of uploaded pictures, because sometimes she includes names.

So is there a way (an easy way) to prevent the filename from showing?

I mean -- you could not display the file name under the message, but all the user would have to do is download the file to see the filename anyway...


the better option would be to just not name the files something you don't want others to see in the first place.

(in other words, you are looking for a technical solution to a personal/social problem)
