Help making a few changes to the Yabb SE Classic 2.0 theme

Hi guys,

I really love this theme but I was wondering if it would be possible to center the menu buttons in the top navigation menu?

Also I would like to possibly remove that date and time stamp in the top right corner of the header and replace that with the welcome greeting text when a member logs in to the forum. (Hello admin, you have 0 messages, 0 are new)

Any help greatly appreciated.
