How to open external urls and internal SMF forum links on new window?

Hello there.

Not really sure what do you mean exactly, but for external links you should use url tag (opening link in new tab), and for internal iurl tag which will open links in same window.

external urls = someone places website adress into topics, comments etc.
internal urls = topics, categories etc links with href="xxx.xxx"

I want when clicked urls, it should be opened in new window. not on same window!

Use the url bbcode for all cases and that is its default behaviour...
