Database Error on Forum, A little help?

Hi all!  I'm hoping someone can help me out with this.  A few days ago I was attempting to view my forum at hxxp:ymgforum.com/ [nonactive] and I got this message:

"Table './ymgforum_smf1/smf_log_online' is marked as crashed and should be repaired
File: /home/ymgforum/public_html/Sources/Subs.php
Line: 2673"

I have been using SMF 1.1 for quite some time and I'm pretty sure I need to update, but I can't do anything now that this error has manifested.  Has anybody experienced this and how do I fix it?

Yes use repair on the database table in phpmyadmin
you can run this sql command as well from phpmyadmin
