Just installed, not running right

I haven't worked with any of this for years.  Everything shows it is installed correctly but it is not loading correctly.  I can't even remember where i go to fix things.  Could anyone help?

I am not sure why but without doing anything it started working.  Now I keep getting error messages and my emoji buttons are ugly.
