Ah. Trying out the Apocalypse look. The trick with that one is to use hidden overflow on your category wrappers, so you don't get the boards poking out at the lower corners. You'll want to increase the height of the catbg header bars too, so they fill the upper part of the category wrapper. Also, it tends to work best with a slightly thicker top frame, which reduces the visible effect of pixellation.
