Edit text in ban email

Hi,

I would like to change the text in the email sent to a banned user. The german translation is somewhat "strange".
Where can I find this text?  (Some what like "Entschuldigung DerTester, Ihnen ist das schreiben von Beiträgen und das versenden von privaten Nachrichten in diesem Forum verboten worden." or "Sorry DerTester, ....")

SMF by default does not send any emails to banned users. so i am not sure what exactly you are asking.
