How to add page to a menu

Hey yall,

I am new to HTML coding and I am inheriting a website to work on. It is a one page website and has a moving 3 bar menu on the right side. It basically has multiple amounts of pages on the single page but I wanted to learn how to add another page and add images with text underneath it. By looking at the source code, im assuming that I have to first add to the menuYet how do I create a class on the same page and call to it to edit? ( I am unsure of what exactly to google)

Does anyone have a youtube video or a reading that could help me?

And please let me know if something is not making sense.
