Cannot log in

Hi...Just updated to smf 2.0.16 through the package manager, no errors and updated fine, when I clicked on simple audio video embedder then settings I was logged out, and cannot log in again, the message shown says "you were unable to login, please check your cookie settings." nor sure how I can check my cookie settings when I cannot login to forum, any help very much appreciated.

After installing patch with update to 2.0.16 I started to have some login problems...
It always says that password is incorrect when login via "quck login form"
and after second "incorrect" message in full login form I'm able to login,
while it is impossible to login at all via quick login form at home page. Any suggestions?
Also it shows "Incorrect Password" error when I'm trying to log in to admin center.


What is interesting, I have "X.X.X.X my.forum.com [nofollow]" in hosts file, to connect to my server directly
via direct server IP adress, and not through cloudflare, which is in use on my server. When I removed
this line from /etc/hosts file on my desktop machine, I stopped getting these errors... Maybe it's because
I didn't clear cloudflare cache yet? So cloudflare is using old cached 2.0.15 code? Also it used to work fine
before upgrade with 2.0.15 with this line in hosts pretty well, including login forms, etc.

Do you also use the simple audio video embedder mod, like the OP?

I also had minor problems on first login on a Windows 10 Chrome (no problems before, with Linux Chrome): I couldn't login via the "regular" login form, it always displayed a "session verification failed" or "login failed" error (don't remember exactly). When using the login form in the top left, it worked instantly, and it works with both since.
