Update error.

First I wanna thank everyone involved in SMF development. I'm very happy with how my forum looks and feels.

When installing the new update I am getting this .....

Might be this mod:  Anti-Bot: Are You Human/Bot? as this makes changes to that file.

Haven't checked all the other mods in your list though.

I had that mod installed on my forum and was getting that error so i had to uninstall it then update the forum and then reinstall that mod again and everything works.

Sounds like we're on the right track then.    I would do the same, providing that mod will uninstall cleanly, without any test fails.
