Language problem

When i try to add an language in the night breeze smf theme it says the simple machines site is not responding how could i fix that?
Smf version 2.0.16

Upgrade to 2.0.17 then retry. You can only add languages listed at the version on the SMF site (I think)

How can i upgrade to 2.0.17 im not a developer and dont know code very well and i am trying to add language listed on the smf site

Sometimes when i try to add an language it says connection problems and that it wanst able to connect to fhe database
