Hi, Currently last comment comes at bottom. Can we set latest comment or reply at top in topic?

This setting is withing each user's preferences. To change it, navigate to Profile > Look and Layout and check the "Show most recent posts at the top." chekbox.

You can also change this for every user using your theme:
Admin > Configuration > Themes and Layout > Member Options

You'll have to:
Configure guest and new user options for this theme: check the box for "Show most recent posts at the top." This will make guests and new users see it as you want.
Change current options for all members using this theme: select "Change" in the options, and check the box, then apply the changes so every user using the current theme will have the changes applied.

I anyway suggest to keep it on your personal choice, as not all users like having the most recent post(s) at the top.

Thank your for your reply. By this way topic first post which is the main post also goes at the last. Topic first post should be at top after that all comments should be sort as latest post at first.

I don't think you can do that by default. I found this mod: https://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=1472

If you replicate the behaviour I explained above and install the mod, you can maybe get what you want but I'm not sure at all. The mod, despite the last compatible version is 2.0.2, should work with the current ones.
