How move the existing database to a scratch version of the forum?

Hello. I have version 2.0.15 now.
I have problems with installation - I somehow installed new versions inside the series, maybe I did something wrong.
I want to install 2.0.17 from scratch and then move the existing database to it. This can be done on their own without knowledge or need to hire a master for money?
