problem with patch SMF 2.0.13 to SFM 2.0.14

tried to run patch SFM 2.0.14. today and facing the following problem:

If you have many mods and you know how you need to manually enter the patch code for those areas that show errors.

if I do like suggested in the link above, will it not cause harm to the functions to the mods wich modified the serpent file that were installed before ?

Well, you have to exit the line(s) with human knowledge, not just replace the lines willlynilly
