Can't paste a new reply?

So I can write a new reply, but if I try to paste content, I get this:

How would I tell? I udated the forum to a raw 2.0.17 with no mods because people were having trouble posting via IOS & iPhones, getting "database error" messages.

Three days in on new forum with no mods. Still a lot of errors popping up.

Maybe not relevant to the actual issue.  You said there's no mods installed, but there is =  SMF Gallery Pro
