Forum version: SMF 2.0.17
New install on php7+

Do not know if I have utf8 - how do i check

The error is when trying to post new topic with a £ xA3 unable to post

Fixed.

Went to Forum Admin -> Maintainance > Database - Convert to UTF8 and Ran task
