getting errors while only in Maintenance Mode

Using 2.0.17. Trying to figure out if I broke something, or if this is a bug in a mod or something...

I put the forum into maintenance mode (the errors only happen while in mm).

I follow a link to any attached file on my forum.

I then get 22 errors each time I go to that link.
